day 22 - Directory!!
It’s Day 22 of 333 days of conscious crafting, and while working on the blog, I decided to veer left and start adding directories for crafty-type shops.
I used to design websites way back in the day, and I really enjoy the building and designing aspect, particularly with today’s tech (I’m on Squarespace).
I’ve been wanting to do some sort of yarn shop and fabric/quilting shop, and needlework shop directory for some time. A lot of the shops have social media and ship, so it would be really nice to have lists rather than rely on a search engine algorithm, which often just gives me all the Michaels and Hobby Lobbies in the state.
It’s yet another project, isn’t it? Yep, I have started another project! It may be on the web, but it’s craft-adjacent.

Did a round or two on J’s hat. I don’t think I’ll be making my deadline.
Got my design figured out for the directories. Adding shops will be a bear, because I want them to have a social media account and/or website for me to add them. I’ll need to search and verify everything.
